Goal

• Create a guide for volunteers and employees to identify, price, and process donated goods across all regional stores.
• Standardize price for all locations.
• Streamline donation intake process.

Description

• Created a pricing guide for hundreds of items by analyzing current and historic prices and comparing against competitors.
• Organized the guide into sections (e.g., furniture, outdoor, kitchen) to simplify the complex variety of items such as tiles, paint, electronics, faucets, tubs, pipes, doors, and kitchen cabinets.
• Used various pricing methods including dimension-based formulas and staff surveys to ensure accurate and consistent pricing.
